Subaru South Tampa is looking for new Sales Consultants to join their team!
The purpose of this role is to sell dealership’s brand and pre-owned inventory vehicles. They are to generate sales of new and pre-owned dealership vehicles while maximizing company’s profitability. Understand and demonstrate vehicles’ capabilities and features. Develop and maintain customer relationships for future sales and service needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Always display a professional demeanor, appearance and work ethic.

Self-starter and self-motivated.

Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors’.

Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.)

Datamine large databases to generate new sales leads and opportunities.

Ability to complete large quantities of customer communications on a daily basis through phone, text, email and video platforms.

Log and maintain customer data.
-
Take customers on test drives.
-
Maintain (at a minimum) or exceed established sales goals and 100% on surveys.

Proficient at setting appointments, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, completing sales agreements, marketing, networking, negotiation, and general sales skills.

Ability to establish personal goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

Maintain valid driver’s license.

Follow all established company and department policies and procedures.

Acceptable attendance is mandatory.

Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to deliver vehicles to customers (some traveling)

Assist customers in moving items from one vehicle to another

Minimum of intermediate level of knowledge/experience with computer and Microsoft applications.
