We are a respected litigation boutique based in White Plains, New York. The firm handles sophisticated personal injury and medical malpractice matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our personal injury and medical malpractice practice.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney with a strong track record of handling cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial deposition and court appearance experience, along with medical malpractice expertise. Trial experience is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including case evaluation, investigation, discovery, and settlement negotiations

Conduct and defend depositions

Appear in court for conferences, motions, and other proceedings

Work closely with clients, medical experts, and support staff

Contribute to trial preparation and, where applicable, trial presentation
Required Qualifications
-
4 + years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation

Demonstrated medical malpractice experience (required)

Substantial deposition experience (required)

Court appearance experience (required)

Admitted to practice in New York

Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the team
