You'll help create an outstanding guest experience by:

Crafting exceptional espresso beverages and specialty drinks
- Dialing in espresso and maintaining beverage quality throughout the day
- Steaming milk with consistency and care
- Learning our menu so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations
- Running food and checking on guests
- Maintaining a clean, organized cafe
- Supporting teammates wherever help is needed
- Creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return
✅ Previous barista experience is highly preferred.
✅ Experience dialing in espresso, pulling consistent shots, steaming milk, and maintaining beverage quality is strongly preferred.
✅ Passion for specialty coffee and a desire to continue learning your craft.
✅ Comfortable working in a high-volume café and restaurant environment where speed and quality are equally important.
✅ Outstanding hospitality—you genuinely enjoy serving people.
✅ Strong menu knowledge or the willingness to become an expert so you can confidently guide guests.
✅ Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork.
✅ Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
✅ Commitment to following recipes, systems, and standards every time.
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
✅ Availability for early mornings and weekends.

Starting pay averages $15–18/hour (hourly wage plus tips).
