Location: Flemington, NJ
2nd Shift - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm – Must train in 1st Shift.
Monday through Friday
Pay Rate $19

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Operate and monitor recycling grinder machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load recyclable materials into the grinder according to production requirements.
- Inspect materials for contaminants and remove non-processable items.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Assist with material handling, sorting, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
