Alpert Schreyer, LLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal with 4+ years of Paralegal experience to support our trial practice in Personal Injury and Criminal. This position is designed for a paralegal who is comfortable working independently, managing a substantial caseload, and supporting matters in the Maryland District and Circuit Courts.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:-
Independently manage a large caseload of personal injury and criminal files

Support cases pending in the Maryland District and Circuit Courts

Ability to efficiently file through MDEC

Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence

Track and manage court deadlines, scheduling orders, and compliance requirements

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and court personnel

Maintain accurate and organized case management systems and litigation files
Qualifications:-
4+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on litigation

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload

Experience with Maryland District and Circuit Court procedures

Strong drafting, organizational, and case-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
