We are seeking an honest, hardworking, and experienced Paver Sealing & Pressure Washing Technician to join our growing construction team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pressure washing, paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing for driveways, pool decks, patios, walkways, and other residential and commercial surfaces.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, works well with others, and understands the importance of providing excellent service when working at our customers' properties.

Responsibilities
- Pressure wash driveways, pool decks, patios, walkways, pavers, and other exterior surfaces.
- Clean concrete pavers, travertine, marble, and other hardscape surfaces using proper equipment and cleaning methods.
- Operate pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, pumps, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions to remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae, stains, and buildup.
- Prepare paver surfaces properly before sealing.
- Apply sand or polymeric sand to paver joints when required.
- Apply paver sealers evenly using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Identify areas that may require additional cleaning, sanding, or preparation before sealing.
- Protect surrounding landscaping, walls, windows, pool areas, furniture, and other surfaces during cleaning and sealing.
- Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials as needed.
- Maintain and clean pressure washing and sealing equipment.
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the project.
- Follow company safety procedures and product application instructions.
- Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers while working at residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work each day.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to approximately 75 lbs when necessary.
- Must be able to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.
- Must take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Must work well as part of a team and be willing to help wherever needed.
- Must be comfortable working with pressure washing equipment, cleaning products, sand, and sealers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with pressure washing, paver cleaning, sanding, sealing, or similar exterior cleaning work preferred.
- Experience cleaning and sealing driveways, pool decks, patios, and walkways.
- Knowledge of pressure washing equipment and surface cleaners.
- Experience applying paver sealers and joint sand is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of proper surface preparation before applying sealer.
- Ability to recognize different surface materials and use appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Experience removing mold, mildew, algae, stains, and other buildup from exterior surfaces.
- Familiarity with construction site and chemical safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation
$22.50 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
