As a Security Officer Patrol Response Officer in Brook Park, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.

Monitor access points and verify entry permissions according to site procedures, while documenting visitor activity and reporting issues as needed.

Support emergency response activities and assist with incident documentation, daily reports, and/or other assigned security-related duties for the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
