We are seeking motivated workers for Assembly, Stamping, Sorting, and Tool & Die departments. All Assembly, Stamping, Sorting, and Tool & Die positions offer full‑time 90- day temp‑to‑hire opportunities with long‑term stability.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 4:15 PM
- 2nd Shift — Monday–Friday, 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM

- Skill Development
Assembly Worker Duties:
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Sort acceptable and non-conforming parts
- Perform repetitive assembly and inspection work
- Maintain attention to detail throughout shift
Sorting Operator Duties:
- Set up and operate sorting machinery
- Perform daily machine maintenance
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Work effectively as part of a team
Stamping Operator Duties:
- Learn and operate stamping presses ranging from 20–400 tons
- Set tooling and safely operate production equipment
- Document production activities
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Mechanically inclined
- Enjoys working with tools, machinery, or automotive repair
- Prior stamping experience is helpful but not required
Tool & Die Maker Duties:
- Construct, repair, and maintain stamping dies, tools, and fixtures
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Utilize CNC equipment, mills, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
- Support production quality and efficiency initiatives
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members as needed
- 3–5 years of Tool & Die experience preferred
- Strong machining and metalworking background
- Experience with progressive, compound, and transfer dies
