Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Coatings Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help enhance durability, aesthetics, and functionality of various structures. Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, patching, and surface profiling to ensure optimal coating adhesion
- Apply coatings using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (airless and conventional), and construction spray techniques
- Operate power tools, paint sprayers, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety regulations rigorously by wearing respiratory protection, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Perform finishing touches such as caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation as needed for complete project completion
- Assist in renovation and restoration projects by applying coatings that protect surfaces from wear and environmental damage
Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in construction painting including residential painting, commercial painting, industrial coating applications, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating material needs
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and proper use of respiratory protection equipment
- Hands-on experience with surface preparation techniques such as sanding, grinding, caulking, & trim installation.
- Experience working with a variety of hand tools & power tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on renovation or remodeling projects while adhering to safety protocols
