Manage commercial and industrial project quotes and material requirements for assigned electrical contractor projects.

Review construction plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate material scope and pricing.

Track and manage project details, changes, and potential cost or schedule impacts.

Develop and maintain spreadsheets or tracking tools to monitor shipping schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

Monitor total quoted job costs to support margin accuracy and financial performance.

Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met by coordinating with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams.

Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to branch managers and leadership in a timely manner.

Provide support to other Inline Electric Supply branches on an as-needed basis.
