Duties
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance, profitability, and cost structures.
- Prepare detailed financial statements in accordance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support long-term organizational goals.
- Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with corporate accounting teams on month-end close activities and financial report writing.
- Perform account analysis using financial software tools to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Assist in internal audits related to public accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of Five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, financial analysis, and healthcare finance.
- Minimum of Five years of experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, and financial reporting.
- Minimum of Five years of experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, management reports, account analyses, and financial reconciliations.
- Minimum of Five years of experience identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and preparing adjusting journal entries.
- Minimum of Five years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) accounting system.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive financial and operational information.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
