Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Liaison for weekend shifts to serve as a vital point of contact for patientsfamilies, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and experience in the Nursing home field. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate healthcare environment by ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service during weekend hours.
Duties
- Act as the primary contact for patient inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist with medical documentation, including verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support within the medical office, including data entry and file management.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to facilitate patient care continuity during weekends.
- Address patient concerns or issues promptly, escalating complex matters to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the organization’s commitment to quality care.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a Nursing Home
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical administrative procedures.
- Customer Service Experience
