About the Role:
As a Caregiver - Home Care Aid, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship and promoting social interaction
Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of daily routines
Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to the care team
Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
What We Offer:
High school diploma or equivalent required
CNA, PCA, HCA, experience preferred
Current TB Test
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift, bend, and move without assistance
