Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the culinary department.
- Contribute to menu development by providing input on seasonal dishes and specials.
- Support the fine dining experience by plating dishes with attention to presentation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques are essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation methods and kitchen equipment is required.
- Experience working in a fine dining setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional food quality is highly valued.
