Job Description:
Integra Homes, a well-established property management company, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of our office in Marshall, MI, servicing rental properties primarily in the Battle Creek area.
Responsibilities - Perform general property maintenance tasks, including:
- Faucet repair and replacement
- Lock changes and repairs
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Plumbing maintenance and repairs
- HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair (as needed)
- Other general repairs and maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
- Must reside in or near the Marshall/Battle Creek area
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
