Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Advanced knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
