Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 8814 Gravois Rd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service

Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and service

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members and interact with customers

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment

Basic computer skills for managing inventory, sales reports, and scheduling

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
