As an Ancillary Nurse, you will provide Methadone dispensing services and basic nursing interventions while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administer Methadone according to physician orders and regulatory guidelines using a computerized dispensing system.

Monitor patients and document medications administered, nursing interventions, patient responses, and significant clinical observations.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.

Generate required daily reports and documentation.

Ensure compliance with federal and state opioid treatment regulations, company policies, and nursing standards.

Assist with patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and insurance verification as needed.

Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every patient.
Required:
- Active Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing.

Knowledge of addiction, withdrawal management, and recovery-focused treatment practices.

Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Familiarity with OAARS, Central Registry, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical nursing practice.
