Spa Receptionist

Position Summary:
At The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, the Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for our spa guests and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional, relaxing, and professional experience. This position supports the daily operations of the spa by welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a serene and organized environment consistent with Hilton brand standards.
The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival, check them in for services, and provide facility tours as needed.

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.

Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership regarding schedules, guest preferences, and daily operations.

Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk, locker rooms, and common areas.

Stock locker rooms, treatment areas, and guest amenities.

Ensure the spa environment remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Support daily spa operations and special events as needed.
Schedule & Availability:

Approximately 20–30 hours per week.

Saturday and Sunday availability required.

Weekday shifts may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Close attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn spa scheduling systems.

Previous spa, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred but not required.
