Warehouse and Showroom Workers (North Park Hill Area)
$20-$22 per Hour-DOE starting pay

We are a retailer and wholesaler of accent furniture, lighting and home decor. We are seeking an experienced, energetic , detail oriented, organized hands on warehouse/showroom worker that will work directly with the owners, managers, and a team of 5-6 warehouse employees regularly.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Work with a team of 5 - 6 warehouse staff and assist in showroom set up and design
- Must be able to maintain and keep the warehouse and workshop clean and organized
- Loading and Unloading trucks and shipping containers
-Packing and shipping orders both ground and freight
-General cleaning of Warehouse, Showroom, Offices and Restrooms
-Moving and resetting showrooms regularly
-Unload and check in inbound shipments safely and move product as needed
-Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area
-Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Be on your feet for extended periods of time.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
-best to have own car with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, otherwise a reliable way to get to work
-Arriving to work on time is a must
- Good people and communication skills
-Comfortable use of hand tools, including screw gun, drill, hand saws, welding and more.
-Some experience with woodworking and power tools a plus
-Forklift experience NOT NEEDED/no forklift on site.
-Loading furniture into vehicles for retail customers.
-Must maintain a friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times.
-Woodworking experience a plus and will pay more accordingly
-Weekends may be required.
HOURS
40+ hours per week.

High School or equivalent required
