Position Type: This is a full-time position.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
A part-time position may also be available.
About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, positive, and motivated Club Manager who is passionate about fitness, people, and community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving results, and creating a welcoming, supportive gym environment.
As Club Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for both new and existing members, ensuring an exceptional member experience while supporting membership growth, retention, and overall club operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, clean, and organized club environment that enhances the member experience
- Serve as a point of contact for new and existing members, helping them make informed decisions about their fitness journey
- Actively promote and sell memberships, services, and wellness programs
- Follow up with trial memberships and leads to maximize conversion and retention
- Collaborate closely with the Personal Training Manager and trainers to promote personal training services
- Build relationships within the local community to drive new business and brand awareness
- Engage with members through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Schedule fitness consultations and assist members with onboarding and goal setting
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via email and in person
- Encourage satisfied members to leave online reviews and testimonials
- Maintain accurate membership records and ensure compliance with club policies
- Perform daily cleaning and light facility maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Personal Training certification is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary plus a monthly bonus when objectives are met
