Join our team as a Transportation Coordinator - Final Mile, where you’ll help ensure on-time deliveries, coordinate carriers, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in transportation or shipment coordination.
We are seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator to manage carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers

Monitor shipment status and resolve service issues

Communicate with stores, customers, and carriers

Maintain shipping documentation and update TMS systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ year of transportation, dispatch, or shipment coordination experience

Experience with NetSuite, TMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
