Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Sales Administrative Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role combines marketing, sales, and customer service while supporting smooth order processing, inventory management, and the achievement of marketing goals through social media and graphic design.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly by phone, email, or chat.
- Manage sales documentation and administrative tasks using platforms such as ShippingEasy, Shopify, Google Docs, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and updating records in warehouse management systems.
- Create shipping labels and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Assist customers with order updates, shipping questions, tracking information, and related requests.
- Maintain accurate records for orders, returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on order fulfillment, packaging, distribution, and inventory replenishment.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests.
- Create and track repair orders from initial intake through completion.
- Communicate with customers regarding return statuses, repair updates, replacement parts, and next steps.
- Create, design, and produce marketing assets that align with the brand and its objectives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment processes is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and coordinate with team members.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks.
Pay: $16.90 - $21.00 per hour
