Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, waste disposal, and maintaining hygiene protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Experience with laundry processes and janitorial equipment is advantageous.
- Prior housekeeping management or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
