Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Manager/Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests. This position combines leadership and hands-on service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations while providing outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training new team members and developing existing employees to excel in their roles
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and coordinate with kitchen staff to minimize waste while maintaining stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Manage shift schedules, coordinate restaurant operations during busy hours, and ensure efficient service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, team management, and supervising restaurant operations
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and hospitality management practices
- Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel food service environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop staff through training & development initiatives
