Pharmacy Data Entry Technician – United Scripts LTC LLC
United Scripts is a closed-door pharmacy, where our focus is on fulfilling the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care and senior living communities. We proudly serve 80+ facilities across the bi-state area, offering a professional, non-retail pharmacy environment.
We are currently hiring for a full-time Pharmacy Data Entry Technician position.
- Monday–Friday: 10AM-630PM
- Weekend Rotation: Every 3-4 weekend (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Holiday Rotation: 1 summer holiday shift + 1 winter holiday shift
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately triage, interpret, and process orders into the pharmacy computer system while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure orders are processed on time and meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform drug and dosage calculations with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
- Support the pharmacy team by completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience required.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy math, brand/generic medications, medical terminology, and computer systems.
- Detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with both customers and coworkers.
- Missouri Pharmacy Technician License active, and in good standing.
