About Zaptty
Zaptty is a legal-tech startup powering a OneTapSOS platform that connects people to emergency legal support in seconds. Law firms partner with Zaptty to offer this service to their clients — and individual users can subscribe directly through the app. We're growing and need a motivated, people-first sales rep to help us expand on both sides of the business.
What You'll Do
This is a two-track role. You'll split your time between outreach to law firms and follow-up calls to individual app users.
B2B — Law Firm Outreach
Law firms join OneTap SOS for free and purchase license bundles to distribute to their clients. Your job is to get them signed up and selling.
- Make outbound calls to law firms — attorneys, partners, and office managers Explain the OneTap SOS platform and why it's a value-add for their clients Walk interested firms through the free sign-up process Help close license bundle purchases and follow up on open conversations Track your calls and pipeline in our CRM.
B2C — User Subscription Calls
You'll also call people who already downloaded the OneTap SOS and help them see the value of upgrading to a paid subscription.
- Work a list of warm leads — these people already know about OneTap SOS Answer questions, address hesitations, and walk them through subscribing Keep a friendly, consultative tone — this is relationship selling, not pressure
Compensation
- Base Pay: $17.00 per hour B2B Commission: +$1 for every license sold through a firm you signed up B2C Commission: Performance-based — details shared during interview
Example: A firm you onboard buys a bundle of 50 licenses — that's an extra $50 in your pocket, on top of your hourly pay.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated — any major welcome Comfortable making phone calls and talking to professionals you haven't met Self-motivated; you can manage your own time and hit targets without constant check-ins Coachable — we'll train you on our script, product, and objection handling Organized enough to track your calls and follow up consistently Interest in legal tech, startups, or sales as a career is a plus Any prior phone sales or customer service experience is a bonus, not a requirement
