We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Packing & Labeling Associate to join our growing warehouse team in Malvern, PA.
Position Summary
The Packing & Labeling Associate is responsible for accurately labeling, packaging, and preparing medical products for shipment while ensuring compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Apply product labels accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Package medical instruments and products for customer orders.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and labeling information.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Follow established work instructions and quality procedures.
- Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as needed.
- Support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, quality, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, packing, labeling, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
