QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Full and part-time shifts with availability for evening and night shifts.
- Weekend availability required.
- Must be available until 12am.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and reliable with experience or strong interest in cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Wash dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, glasses, silverware, etc. using dish machine or by hand.
- Maintain mop stations to ensure proper equipment is on-hand including mops, buckets, brooms, and cleaning solutions. Sweep and mop floors and keep floors clean, dry, and pick-up continuously during shift.
- Clean food and beverage preparation and service areas including walls, tables, sinks, floor mats and kitchen equipment. Clean ovens, hoods, filters, drains, hot boxes, steam tables, flat boxes and ceiling vents, according to schedule or as directed. Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Report to work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
- Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
- Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures.
- Any other tasks / duties as requested by management.
