Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment within the facility.
Job Duties:
- Fabricating/welding required.
- Maintains, repairs and rebuilds machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Trouble shoots and identifies any machine or equipment issues and finds resolutions.
- Notifies Maintenance Manager of any issues to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Performs Building and Facility Maintenance, as required.
- Fabricates necessary items, as requested.
- Perform basic Vehicle Maintenance.
- Oversees Nitrogen Tanks.
- Inspects Tank Farm, and oversees the loading of tanks from Tanker Trucks.
- Inspects Flash Bonding fro safety.
- Addresses ventilation concerns.
- Cleans Mister Tanks on a monthly basis.
- Performs weekly start up of Fenwall and Alarm Systems.
- Assists in training new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent work experience necessary. Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Must have in depth knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures and be able to work independently. Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulic skills required. Welding skills are a must have. Ability to read blueprints necessary. Should be computer literate. Problem solving skills necessary. Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. Should be able to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, crawl or reach over head as required. Must be able to work in hot or cold environments.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
