We are a multi-specialty dental group in Bergen County, NJ. Under one roof we offer general dentistry, specialty care, and aesthetic medicine. And we are now investing seriously in building our referral network.
This is a newly created position — Dental Outreach & Referral Manager — and the person who fills it will have a direct impact on the growth of our organization from day one.
Here's what the role looks like:— You'll be on the road visiting GP and medical offices across Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Morris counties— Building genuine relationships with providers, not just dropping off brochures— Hosting lunch-and-learns, attending study clubs, representing our group in the community— Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursed, marketing budget provided
Compensation is serious:$60,000 base + 2% performance incentive on production from providers you bring in. Total potential $80,000–$100,000+.
The ideal background: dental coordination, treatment planning, pharma or medical device sales, or any healthcare outreach role. We will train the right person on the clinical side.
