Dental Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist
Southern Pines Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team in Arcadia, LA.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Schedule appointments and help manage the daily doctor and hygiene schedules
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
- Assist patients with insurance-related questions and coverage information
- Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims as needed
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient benefits, claim status, and outstanding claims
- Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements with patients
- Help maintain an efficient and organized front office
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office, insurance coordination, or receptionist experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, insurance benefits, and claims processing preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
