## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This position involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. ## Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
## Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Experience with banquet or event cooking is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well
- Culinary training or certification is desirable but not required
