Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis; develop strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences by supervising shift management, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to diversify revenue streams and enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food industry management with a focus on quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and sales reporting.
- Proven leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting staff training & development, and managing hospitality teams effectively.
- Expertise in food safety management, kitchen operations, food production, and culinary practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Ability to perform shift management efficiently while overseeing inventory control and food handling procedures.
- Experience in managing budgets, analyzing profit & loss statements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
