Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness
- Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or team members, supporting a positive dining environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments such as restaurants or catering is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
