What You'll Be Doing
Technicians
- Perform roof inspections, leak detection, and maintenance work
- Assist Foremen in executing high-quality repairs across TPO, EPDM, Modified, BUR, PVC & Standing Seam systems
- Learn by doing—our in-house training programs will accelerate your roofing career
- Professionally interact with customers, documenting each job thoroughly
Foremen
- Lead a 2-person service crew with precision and confidence
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair with minimal oversight
- Document site conditions, repairs and photo reports
- Represent RAMCON’s reputation for quality and customer care in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
For Foremen
- 5+ years commercial roofing experience (Service/Repairs)
- Expertise in major systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified
- Strong customer communication & leadership skills
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, clean record, and pass a drug screen
For Technicians
- 2–3 years roofing service experience (preferred)
- Passion for craftsmanship and safety
- Strong work ethic, reliable and coachable
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb 40'+ ladders
- Valid Driver’s License
