Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within the construction industry. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting using construction management software such as Monday.com or Appfolio.
- Oversee the development and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality specifications.
- Lead project meetings, manage team performance, and resolve issues promptly to maintain momentum on all phases of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with construction estimating software and project management tools.
- Solid understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and schematics accurately.
- Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Construction site experience with a focus on civil or commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
