Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their orders using POS systems clover.
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Manage customer orders accurately through food handling procedures and food service customer order management systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, supporting food preparation and service.
- Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tables, bussing dishes, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS clover system
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or operating kitchen equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that thrives on creating positive guest interactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work during night hours consistently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is advantageous.
