The Impact That You Will Make
The growth and development of our operational capabilities is critical to our success. You will support the materials management in support of R&D, pre-GMP and Phase 1 GMP-stage manufacturing processes for cells, tissues, and organs. In this role, you will receive, put away, and ship materials to support our programs. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Supply Chain.
Your Role

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Assist with preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing equipment, samples, and materials.
- Ensure all materials management, shipping, receiving, and documentation activities are performed in compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable GMP/GxP requirements, where applicable.

Manage day-to-day materials inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and uninterrupted laboratory operations, including:

Maintain Kanban inventory systems to support efficient material replenishment.

Support procurement activities by coordinating with buyers and assisting with purchase requests.

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure materials are accurately labeled, easily accessible, and stored appropriately.

Organize and maintain warehouse, storage room, and laboratory support areas to promote safety, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards as directed.

Support additional Operations related efforts such as:

Assist with routine preventive maintenance on laboratory support equipment per applicable SOPs and equipment manuals (assisting with chamber defrosts, cleaning chamber filters and condensers, weekly checks on cryo systems.)

Assist with the development, organization, and maintenance of equipment documentation (equipment binders with use logs per the SOP).
Your Skills and Experiences

Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Knowledge of MS Office Products: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Able to read and follow SOPs
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, including occasional overhead lifting, is required.

Previous experience with warehousing operations a plus

Previous experience in a GxP environment a plus
