Snapchat Content Producer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, behind-the-scenes storyteller to own our Snapchat presence from concept to publish. This is a full-time, on-site position at a working farm, and the right person will thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment where no two days look the same. You will be embedded in the day-to-day life of a highly successful social media brand and play a meaningful role in bringing that world to a Snapchat audience every single day.
This is not a role for someone who wants to be a creator. It is a role for someone who loves being the person behind the camera, who gets genuine satisfaction from building something great for someone else, and who wants to grow as part of a winning team.
What You Will Do
Snapchat Content (Primary Responsibility)
- Own the daily creation, editing, and publishing of Snapchat content for an established, high-following account
- Develop a weekly content plan each week in collaboration with the lead content creator, translating their vision and direction into a structured daily shooting schedule
- Film on-site at the farm, capturing authentic moments, animals, behind-the-scenes activity, and story-driven content
- Edit and publish content natively to Snapchat, with strong attention to pacing, sound, and platform-specific best practices
- Stay current on Snapchat trends, features, and algorithm shifts to keep content performing
YouTube Support
- Assist in writing and formatting sponsor scripts for YouTube integrations under direction from the lead creator
- Coordinate filming logistics with the YouTube production crew, including scheduling, location setup, and communication across team members
Additional Content Support
- Produce short-form video content for other platforms or purposes on an as-needed basis as directed by the team
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Demonstrated ability to film and edit short-form video content, with examples you can show us
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for visual storytelling
- Comfort working outdoors in a working farm environment daily, including around large and small animals
- Exceptional collaboration skills and a team-first attitude
- Highly organized, able to plan a week of content and execute it with minimal oversight
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- No interest in being on camera or building a personal creator brand
Preferred
- Experience with Snapchat content creation or a deep familiarity with the platform
- Familiarity with YouTube production workflows
- Basic copywriting or script-formatting experience
- Experience in agriculture, equine, or outdoor lifestyle settings is a plus

Compensation and Details
- Full-time, salaried position
- On-site required; remote work is not available for this role
- Compensation commensurate with experience
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
