We are seeking an RN with prior MDS experience preferred. We have a beautiful and modern community situated on 12 tropically landscaped acres in south McAllen's hospital district. We are a veterans home that also accept spouses of veterans and Gold star parents. We have excellent benefits and bonus opportunities. Other homes do not compare. Duties
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for residents, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to gather comprehensive resident information.
- Lead the interdisciplinary team in creating resident centered care plans.
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
