We are looking for a team players with strong experience in obtaining medical insurance authorizations and excellent data entry skills. Plus, extensive experience in reading medical records to determine what may be needed to submit for authorization.

Authorizations Experience:
*Minimum two (2)+ years prior medical insurance authorization experience required.
*Prior experience within DME medical field preferred.
*Knowledge of basic medical terminology, including HCPC codes and ICD 10.
*Knowledge of clinical documents received by referral sources. Plus, ability to read medical records to determine what may still be needed in order to submit for approval.
Skills:
*Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM - Type by touch.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work efficiently and independently.
*Must have excellent customer service skills.
*Strong skills working with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
