- Requirement: Baker experience
- Responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality baked goods while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position follows standardized recipes to produce breads, pastries, desserts, cookies, muffins, and other bakery items in a timely manner. The Hourly Baker ensures products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards, maintains a clean and organized work area, and supports the overall operation of the bakery by working collaboratively with the culinary team. The role requires the ability to operate bakery equipment safely, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service when needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
