District Manager – Hands-On, People-First Restaurant Leader (Full-Time)
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on District Manager to lead 6–7 restaurant locations. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job — you’ll be in the restaurants, side-by-side with your teams, coaching, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence, guest experience, and sales performance every day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, train, and develop Restaurant Managers through active, in-store leadership
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to model great service, speed, and execution
- Build a culture of trust, accountability, teamwork, and open communication
- Provide actionable feedback and support performance development across locations
- Ensure operational standards, food safety, and company policies are consistently upheld
- Review daily and weekly results, identify trends, and turn insights into action
- Drive guest satisfaction, operational consistency, sales growth, and profitability
- Support rollout of company initiatives and help teams execute at a high level
What You Bring
- Proven success leading multi-unit restaurant operations
- A passion for developing people and building strong teams
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between locations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
