Assists in all aspects of the preschool classroom as part of a three-person classroom team. Responsibilities include direct supervision of children, implementation of curriculum and assessment and working with children who need additional support. Position only works August through May, following a school system calendar. There are opportunities for continued education and advancement within the center and additional compensation is available for those who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Starting wages are based on education as listed below:
High School Diploma-$13.36
HS Diploma, actively in a CDA or degree program- $14.04
CDA credential- $14.72
AA Degree in ECE or related field- $16.79
