At Boss Fire Protection, we train entry-level team members to become trusted advisers - working directly with businesses to keep them safe, compliant, and protected.
You’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with business owners (B2B only)
- Evaluate fire protection equipment
- Educate customers on compliance and service needs
- Perform hands-on service work
- Grow and manage your own client base
No experience required. We provide all training and certification.
What You’ll Get:

- State Fire Marshal certification (within 45 days)

Requirements:
- 18+ (state licensing)
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check
- Ability to train in Midvale, UT
