Machine Operators will set up and operate equipment to meet customer and internal quality standards. Machines may include saws, CNC and other industrial equipment.
Essential Functions.

Set pm-up and operate equipment.

Load and unload material to/ from saw.
- Cut material as required by prints.

Responsible for preventative maintenance and good housekeeping

Report shortages of parts, tools, and materials in a timely manner.

Responsible for submitting hourly rates.
- Responsible for reporting hourly quality checks and counts in ERP system.

Use of measuring devices, tape measure and calipers.

Confers with maintenance and management to resolve manufacturing problems.

All other duties assigned by Management.
Skills
-
High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Basic math and reading skills.

Must be a self-starter and dependable worker, who is committed to continuous improvement.

Mechanical skills reading prints and interpretation.
Requirements

Must have ability to use hands to lift, grab, grasp, pull, push and feel. The employee is frequently required to stop, kneel, twist.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
