We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Full-time and part-time opportunities available on all shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff as needed
- Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and dependable work ethic
