What You’ll Do:
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will lead one of our Xfinity retail locations—driving performance, creating a positive store culture, and coaching your team to exceed customer and sales expectations. Your role will include:
- Managing day-to-day store operations with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Overseeing inventory and asset management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Creating a results-driven culture focused on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Leading by example to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Identifying development opportunities and celebrating team achievements.
- Building a fun, high-energy environment where employees and customers thrive.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experienced: 3+ years in retail sales management with a track record of leading successful teams.

- Physically capable: Must be able to lift 15–25 lbs. if needed.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
