Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition initiatives across various departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our ongoing growth. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and social media management tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct talent research and lead generation activities to identify passive candidates for specialized roles like technical recruiting or executive recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws while preparing employment contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluation documentation.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, or Paychex to track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Engage in campus recruitment efforts and participate in training & development initiatives to promote our employer brand.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate relationships.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Workday for managing applicant flow.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, relationship management, research methods, and social media outreach.
- Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, or Paychex for data management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
